For safety reasons, parents are kindly asked to supervise children aged 6 and under on the platform, but don’t worry if you’d rather not jump – you can always purchase an Observer Pass instead!

No outside food or drinks are allowed, however, you may bring a birthday cake with the purchase of a party room, party table, or full facility rental. Guests are welcome to bring any themed goods or party supplies. No confetti or glitter. No taping or attaching anything to walls, ceilings, or furniture.
